General F.A.Q.
Q: I've placed my order; how quickly will it be shipped to me?
A: Because we are a very small organization and practicing the strictest of COVID-19 safety protocols, we will do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Generally speaking, we will ship within 5 business days of receiving the order, but can take up to 10 business days.
Q: Something is listed as "sold out." How quickly will you have it back in stock?
A: Due to COVID-19 production impact from our vendors, it is difficult to give exact time frames. If you would like to be placed on a notification list, please email us.
Q: There’s something at your Visitor Center store that I want and I didn’t see it online. Can you mail it to me?
A: Unfortunately, we are a very small organization without the capacity to process orders by phone. Please check back regularly as we continue to add items to our online store! If you have an urgent need, please email sales@rosietheriveter.org
Shipping policy
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total cart price using the table below. Orders placed with Rosie the Riveter Trust Store are shipped using either USPS or UPS, whichever is the most economical method based on size and weight of the package. We strive to provide the highest service level available from each carrier for any given shipping charge in order to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
*Please note: Due to the unprecedented impact of COVID-19, we cannot guarantee how quickly USPS or UPS will deliver.
Rates are based on orders shipped to destinations within the U.S. Rosie the Riveter Trust is not currently configured to process international orders. Please email us at sales@rosietheriveter.org for information about orders shipping to destinations outside of the U.S.
