Development Manager

We seek a dynamic person to join our team as a Development Manager. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. This role requires exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, interpersonal relationship building skills, and proven database management experience. This role requires on-site presence and direct team collaboration; remote work and consulting arrangements are not available.

Rosie the Riveter Trust will commemorate the 25th anniversary of Rosie the Riveter/WWII Home Front National Historical Park with a special event on National Rosie the Riveter Day, Friday, March 21, 2025. The event, held at the park’s Visitor Education Center in Richmond, CA, will feature original WWII ‘Rosies,’ local officials, and community members signing a declaration honoring the park’s milestone. This celebration marks the beginning of a yearlong series of activities, including a community art contest, monthly speakers and tours, and a Rosie Rally festival in June.
